DJ training, done properly — online and in person.

Stem Music Academy is a Delhi-based DJ and music-production academy founded and run by Pulkit Bajaj, who performs as Joy Disc. We teach people to actually play — not just watch tutorials — through structured courses, hands-on practice systems and a working DJ community.

What we offer

• Structured online DJ courses — beginner-to-advanced curricula built around the Pioneer DDJ-FLX4 and DDJ-400 controllers, with video lessons, quizzes and step-by-step practice routines.
• The LaunchPath community — our paid membership at stemmusicacademy.com/launchpath: a browser-based virtual DDJ-FLX4 to learn every control, music crates linked to legal sources, forums, polls, DJ contests, XP & badges, and live 1-on-1 mentor sessions.
• Gold transition breakdowns — frame-by-frame breakdowns of viral DJ transitions, mapped to the exact controls, so members can practise and perform them.
• In-person training — classroom and studio programs at our Karkardooma, Delhi studio.

How we teach

Our method is practice-first: read the set, drill the transition with the video, repeat it until it's muscle memory, then perform. Students learn on the same gear they'll gig with, and the community keeps them accountable — contests to enter, crates to build, mentors to answer questions.
